About Doors 2 Dreams

Books are doors to dreams. That's the idea behind Doors 2 Dreams. And while books are the doors, the authors are the means of transportation. They can take you anywhere.

Doors 2 Dreams was founded in 2014, when three Dutch authors thought it would be a great idea to share a website to promote their books. Thus this blog was born. Afterwards, other writers joined them. Here you can find out all about the authors, the books they have written and the books yet to come. 

Jen Minkman

Jen has written several paranormal romance and dystopian books in Dutch, but also published those same books in English, such as Shadow of Time, The Island, The Waves, The Boy from the Woods, Songlines and Undercurrent (the last two being poetry chapbooks).

Olga Hoekstra

Olga is an eclectic writer. She writes (paranormal) romance novels and thrillers. Currently she's working on the Divine Army Series, of which Angel's Feather is the first installment. Angel's Blood (#2 Divine Army) is set to be published fall/winter 2014. The Dutch edition of her debut thriller Crash ranked #8 in the list 'Best Thriller for Female Readers - 2013' and is set to be published in English later in 2014.

Marijke F. Jansen

Marijke has written three paranormal romance books. One of them won second place in the Dark Romance writing contest organized by young-adults.nl in 2012. The other two will come out in 2014. At the moment, she is working on a translation of her Dutch novella 'Muze', which will be the first book in the Muse Trilogy.

Hester Stasse
Hester Stasse writes fantasy, paranormal romance, dystopia, sci-fi and thrillers. In 2012, she won sixth place with her novella ‘Dromenland’ in the Dark Romance writing contest organised by young-adults.nl and her story was published in the multi-author bundle ‘Dark Romance - Ontluikende Liefde’. The English translation of this novella will soon be available.
